Bulalo Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs beef shank
½ pc small cabbage, whole leaf individually detached
1 small bundle Pechay
3 pcs Corn, each cut into 3 parts
2 tbsp Whole pepper corn
1/2 cup Green onions
1 medium sized onion
34 ounces water
2 tbsp fish sauce (optional)

Cooking Procedure

-In a big cooking pot, pour in water and bring to a boil
-Put-in the beef shank followed by the onion and whole pepper corn then simmer for 1.5 hours (30 mins if using a pressure cooker) or until meat is tender.
-Add the corn and simmer for another 10 minutes
-Add the fish sauce,cabbage, pechay, and green onion (onion leeks)
-Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!

naku dre baka matanda na ang baka na nabili mo.. minsan kasi pag ang kulay ng baka ay masyadong mapula na at medyo maitim ng kaunti pagganun matanda na ito. mas maganda yung baka yung pagkapula nya eh tama lang.

Pwede rin malaman sa amoy..(lam ko dre magaling ka dyan)  ::laffman. Masyado maamoy ang Aged beef compare sa karne ng mga bisiro palang. dahil daw sa kadahilanang ang mga bakang matatanda ay mas maraming nakaing damo/or feeds na mayroong mga chemical na sumama sa karne nila compare duon sa mga karne ng mga batang baka na kinatay. (sabi yan ng erpat ko)

Kung ikaw ay taga Batangas or cavite marahil ganyan nga kasi parehas tayo ng gamit minsan kahoy pa ang gamit namin mas maganda pa nga yun di gahhh...mas natural na way na pagluluto.TIPID pa!!salamat sayo dre..

sa akin lang opinion at obserbasyon po mas masarap ang sabaw ng bulalo pag dinahandahan ang pagpapalambot ng laman at buto² kaysa pressure cooker may distinctive taste talaga na di ma explain pag pinakuluan ng matagal ang karne mas malasa hehe
