Taiwan special forces reveal bulletproof masks

According to an article in Rocketnews24, the masks can shield soldiers from close-range shots from a .44 magnum.

The mask apparently distributes the impact of a bullet over a small surface area.

The United States have also reportedly used such masks for certain teams in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as during the drug war of the 1980's.

To me this kindstuff. Pampa pogi lang ..pero actual combat na it will be useless.. Whos gonna hell shoot you at the face when your body is the easiest target... 

Its better to wear helmet with balaclava and goggles ... Like the others on the picture.

imagine sa jungle warfare o sa zamboanga crisis tulad ng experience ng special forces natin .... maubusan ka ng tubig dahil sa pawis niyan....proper training and tactical supremacy over any situation ang mananalo ...may advantage pa rin tayo, actual combat experience ang sa atin bago ka graduate as special operations soldier
