So hindi lang talaga dahil sa 2nd hand ang Maestrale kaya ito nacancel? Possibly na gumawa ng paraan ang China para tuluyan na hindi mamodernize ang Armed Forces ng Pilipinas! They really playing their cards well, even our local groups kabikabila ang rally at pagbbato ng kung ano anong bagay na masama kay PNoy!
