the first thing you should take note is the feedback rating of the seller. pag medyo mababa, do some checks muna, like reading some of the feedbacks. pag 0 pa ang rating ng seller, wag ka muna magmadali at magbid agad. try to contact the seller first
ebay will support cases filed against non delivery pero its a tedious process. alam naman natin na hindi pa gaano maganda ang system natin for online transactions. so mahirap pag abot sa pulis kasi yung pulis mismo hindi alam kung ano ang ebay.
there is another site that applied these lessons from ebay and what they came up with is a escrow service. bale hahawakan muna nila ang pera mo. pag napadala na yung item and nagconfirm ka na natanggap mo na, thats the time they will release payment sa seller. in other ebay sites, there is an affliate company that does this for a fee pero sa pinas na ebay wala
