Creating a Science-based Curriculum for High School
« on: August 01, 2007, 08:58:12 am »
Kung tayo ay mabibigyan ng chance na magsuggest ng isang high school curriculum based on science, math, and technology, ano ang gusto nyong matutunan ng ating mga high school students? suggest nga kayo?

Robotics. Young Filipinos should be taught the foundations of robotics. Robotics involve physics, math, electronics, geometry, and mechanics.

We've had enough of herbal experiments. Let our students purse more modern endeavors.

More advanced Mathematics like Caculus at Differential Equations. Need to introduce Engineering to High School students also. Ok din ang computers and robotics. Add narin ang material sciences specially in the field of composites (carbon fiber) because this is the future.

Pang HS ba? Tingin ko dapat more on basics.. Definitely dapat ma-improve ang math.. then a litlle bit more of basics sciences like biolgy, chemistry, & physics..  then siguro dapat din mag add ng electronics (teach students how to use a soldering gun.. hehe..) And also a bit more on computer know-how.. Every students should atleast know how to build his own PC and make a simple web page..

Robotics? hindi ba pang college na yan?? mas mabuti siguro kung gagawa nlng ng robotics club rather than making it as part of the curriculum.. other clubs which deals with more complex subject matters should also be established.. this way students that are interested in a particular subject can aquire more knowledge about their interest.. kanya kanyang hilig nga din nmn kasi yan.. pag may mga clubs makakapamili ang mga studyante at hindi pwersado ung iba na intindihing mabuti ang mga bagay na wala nmn silang interest..

Pwede namang pag-aralan yung Office within one day eh. =)

alam ninyo kase masyado ng late ang pinoy dahil tanga tayo so no offense

Mga First World Countries

4. UK - siyempre english speakng people sila - diko alam kung ano specialty nila

6. Iba pang Mga 1st world
