The Philippines scored a double win, one in the Amiens International Film Festival (France) and another in the Torino International Filmfest (Italy), where Gina Pare?o won Best Actress for Kubrador and Brillante Mendoza?s Manoro bagged the Cinemavvenire special award respectively....
