It's about time. All those restrictions on military matters were supposed to curb any notions that Japan still harbored about conquering Asia. But now that China's taken it upon themselves to play warlord in the region, I think Japan's got all the reason it needs to start re-arming itself and its neighbors.

This is good news indeed it starts with the brand new Coast Guard ships,hopefully the PN can get 1 or 2 Asagari class destroyers and 2 Oyashio class subs. :applause
