Suggestion about Rice

Nagpapapayat po kasi ako and I want to lose my belly fat. Ano po bang ok na rice for that?

Eat  Red Rice

Wash it 10 times or more. kahit mababad pa.  cook it with twice the amount of water (so you'll only need a little of it)

It's high on fiber.

It is not true that having less or no rice can make you lose weight.   Eating rice can make you lose weight because of its high fiber content.

"Right" diet and "proper" lifestyle.

And your belly fat won't be gone in just a week or a month. We are talking about 5 months at least. Set your expectations right to avoid disappointment while in the process.
