sa budget na mentioned, the best bet would be AMD A4 or A6 processor (pwede na ang A4) then just get a video card, maybe the R7 260x

and since 10-15 ang kukunin na units, makakukuha pa yan ng discount

mas makakatipid ka kung buong set bilhin mo since a lot of stores will give discounts pag set binili compared to paisa isa lang (i.e. may mga bundle price)

also, you can check kung ano mga set na offer ng mga computer stores, then just add kung ano pa ang gusto. usually mas makakatipid pag ganun gawin
