Carnapping  and side view mirror theft has ever been present and  expect it to rise especially this coming holidays. I have a solution: a product that would help bring down cases of side view mirror theft and carnapping-guaranteed!

Just get an all-risk insurance coverage that includes protection against carnapping. So hayaan mo na lang ma carnap kotse mo and let the insurance company get you a new one.  Maski ano lagay mo etching dyan, magaling ang Pinoy and surely, meron pang kontra yan dyan. Secondly, why fight carnappers? Your car is more important than your life? Just give it to them but make sure, you immobilize it before giving them the key. Third, don't allow carnappers to case you so to know if you are being followed, always drive fast.  You can always see who is behind you because he will always try to keep up with your pace. Not only should everyone be a defensive driver but any driver should always be alert and have presence of mind on the road - never lose focus texting or answering calls or talking to your seatmate while driving.

My apologies, i don't know how to insert quotes- but let me say thank you to Espiya.net for giving us opportunities to get to know each other and pick our minds--- even if only thru our pseudonyms.

      thank you for reading. this is the beauty of freedom of expression (though not absolute)- we get to share our opinion. 
      i am sure you have friends or relatives who have vehicles insured and have  other security devices as well. Maybe you can share them ACID. Tell them i guarantee that the markings are permanent and NO way can you take them off without defacing the glass parts. It doesn't make any noise nor disable engines but it sure gives protection before-during-, and even after car is taken away. You can not attach a new set of plate numbers on the car but you can sell all the car parts EXCEPT those with ACID markings. No one will put a window or side view mirror in their cars with a different license plate. You wouldn't buy a signature pen with a name etched on it other than yours, would you?

i agree with gkhan. just pay extra on your insurance and leave that carnaping and side mirrior theft to the police.

i don't know if you all head the BAKTIN carnap gang in davao city? they even import and export their goods.
