I'm a call center agent, I believe me SOP naman na pag ang customer goes beyond the line such as this shooting profanity, you can warn the customer three times and still if no situation change, you can hang-up the call. QA exception.
Sobra naman to. "Customer is always right" that's not applicable for me. Pag sa akin nangyari to I don't care to lose my job and I have to fight for my right as a working individual who has feelings too. Kung me mga ideals na sinusunod ang isang company like equality and respect that should apply not just one sided sa mga empleyado sa loob ng opisina. That should apply for the security of the workers too. Me mga company din kasi na too much greedy, kasi nga business daw. It really pisses me off everytime I hear that. Too much deprivation for the call center agents.
