mga spies pa help alam ko meron dito magagaling na electrician or marunong sa electronic circuit

(1)Gusto ko sana mabuild ng DYI na Dynamo Generator gamit cpu fan
meron po ba kaung circuit nyan. or diagram

(2) meron po na kayong circuit ng Police patrol lights using led 12v or schematic
