Philadelphia Phillies are the 2008 World Series Champion

I just finished watching Game 5 of the 2008 World Series between the Phillies and the Tampa Bay Rays.  Phillies beat the Rays with a score of 4-3.  And they won over the Rays with a record of 4 games to 1 to win the World Series.

Yep we won I'm from Philly sa Friday pa parade but the streets of broad street (main street sa city of Philadelphia) is already full of people celebrating.

Finally after 25 years nagkaroon ulit ng major team champion ang Philadelphia gutom na gutom na sa parada dito.  In 126 years of Phillies club pangalawang world series pa lang nila kaya imagine nyo kung gaano ka excited mga tao dito.

Gooo Phillieeesssssssssss!!!!!  Final

kakalungkot lang talaga na hindi mahilig ang Pinoy sa baseball.. i guess this is one sport na we can really be good at.
