DON'T OVEREAT, AVOID SNACKS OR IN BETWEEN MEALS. It takes 4 to 5 hours to
digest a regular meal. Please let the digestive system rest before eating
your next meal. It is healthier to switch to fruits & vegetables. EAT SLOWLY,
CHEW THOROUGHLY. Your stomach has no teeth.

SALT, including IODIZED SALT, patis, toyo, bagoong or anything salty.
IODINE is OK but not the SALT. Salt is not a food but a preservative. Salt can
not be digested, assimilate, nor used by the body. It has no nutrients, no
minerals, nor vitamins in it. It causes kidney stones & swelling in the feet,
ankles & legs. The LEAST EVIL is TOYO (SOY SAUCE) & use only SPARINGLY. The
best is the BRAGG AMINO ACID - THE SOY SAUCE WITHOUT THE SALT. Available in
big supermarkets & health stores.

WHITE SUGAR has over 1,000 chemicals added to process, stabilize, preserve,

HUMAN CONSUMPTION. The METHANOL in ASPARTAME converts to FORMALDEHYDE in the
retina of the eye. The ASPARTAME is especially DEADLY for DIABETICS. It keeps

should not stay in the colon for more than 36 hours. CONSTIPATION CREATES
TOXINS, when absorb in the general circulation, the liver (detoxifying

the body to cause trouble. For better bowel movements, drink 8-12 glasses
of water. Eat plenty of vegetables & fruits especially papaya, grape fruit,
prunes & oats.

DRUGS SHOULD NEVER BE THE MAIN METHOD OF SEEKING A CURE. The healthiest is
to seek natural remedies to correct any problems. These drugs & applications
are commonly called "painkiller & maintenance drugs." Even this is misleading
because the problems they supposedly relieve often get worse over time. Not to
mention the many side effects they have on the entire body. These side effects
can lead to stomach problems, kidney damage (shrinking) & hardening of the
liver.   

HAIR DYES & DEODORANTS --- Contains chemical solutions of such metals as
silver, mercury, lead, etc. These chemicals are absorbed in the general
circulation through the scalp & armpits. Please refrain from dyeing your hair
& using deodorant unless it is absolutely necessary.

INSECTICIDE, NAPTHALENE BALLS, AIR FRESHENERS, CHEMICAL SPRAYS, ETC.
Should not be allowed in the house. These chemicals contain arsenic. Through
inhalation, they get into the body & cause various diseases. The body never
completely rids of these substances.

Tama yung observation na imbes na fasting ang style ng reducing diet, magsnacks ka naman, para feeling ng tiyan mo hindi mo siya ginugutom. Still, the key naman is more activity.

Kinawawa naman ang salt. Salt is a major electrolyte in our body. Hindi po ito masama, itanong niyo pa sa mga nagaral ng biology diyan... Kailangan ang sodium for your nervous system function, muscle function, at iba pa. Mahalaga siya kaya magaling magtipid ang katawan natin ng asin. So hindi natin kailangan masyado ng seasoning lalo na kung luto na ang pagkain. Try mo kumain ng food na natural na natural ang lasa. Mageenjoy ka.

Most orthodox doctors don't think there is a practical reason to switch to honey. Mas mahal ito. brown sugar mas OK pa rin. Bahala ka sa panlasa mo. Still, you don't put sugar too much mapahoney man yan o refined.

Pangit ang artificial sweetener. Same with softdrinks.

Vetsin? pampalasang karne but when you're using the real thing, why dagdag? Trivia: ito ang fifth basic taste na ang tawag ay umami.

totoo ba to??? yung alkohol ay nagpa pass thru the walls ng stomach??? at napi pick up ng blood papunta sa brain???

akala ko kasi, yung blood cells natin ay nag pu pucker up kapag umiinom tayo ng alkohol, i mean like na de dehydrate sya, in turn nagiging abnormal ang itsura ng blood cells. tapos, eh kukunin to ng white cell ( not sure kung tama ) dahil nga sa nagiging iba ang itsura nya. kaya i think ang nangyayari, kumokonti ang dugo na pumpunta sa utak, kaya nagiging drowsy ka kapag umepekto na ang alak. at kaya rin ang mga lasenggero ay mababa ang dugo...

pero d ako sigurado hehe...

Yes, alcohol can do that. Kaya nga it's a good idea to line up your stomach with milk products before and during a binge. Iyan ang style di ba kaya partner ng wine ang cheese. Dito naman sa Pinas, beer at pulutan na matataba.

Nadedehydrate ang mga lasenggo (hindi mababa ang dugo) kasi diuretic ang alcohol tulad ng kape, softdrinks at tsaa. Mga pampalakas sila ng ihi. Pampababa nga ng blood pressure ang diuretics pero usually ang social environment ng mga mahihilig sa alcohol, coffee at softdrinks, pati na rin ang eating habits nila ay hindi.
