Sa registry cleaning dalawa ang gamit ko.... System Mechanic and Registry First Aid...

I suggest Registry First Aid co'z it is specifically built for cleaning registry. It is also number 1 in registry cleaning.

First Aid and vice versa.

Maigi gumamit nang two registry cleaning softwares para ma tiyak mo na your registry is in a good health.

At sa pag reformat naman  nang hardisk tama sabi nila it will reduce the life span. Kaya minimize in reformatting your hardisk. Make it a last resort kung wala na talagang ibang paraan.

Eto dati ginagawa ko.  5 to 7 times a year ako mag-format ng harddisk  ;D (programmer kasi ako, kelangan 'clean' yung system to check for "dependency" problems tsaka test ng installer sa ginagawa kung programs).

Less than 5 minutes, parang new installation na ulit ang kabilang Windows.  ;D  No need to reformat.
