A decent surface fleet should come first before we even consider subs. At the moment we cant even get our hands on a proper warship.

This is an old article but what I heard from one of the afp insiders its one of those list na subject for bidding. Navy may acquire the submarine not later than 2020, depending on the political and administrative atmosphere.. The reason why nasa huli sya sa listahan dahil sa presyo sobrang mahal..
