may timeline po yan napost ko na po yun dito dati hindi po yan dahil election man or hindi darating kasi naka schedule ang procurement nyan kung kelan ang papers ma tapos at kung kelan gagawin at ma deliver hindi po kasi yan parang sasakyan lang na ready made na bilhin mo nalang ginagawa pa po kasi yan.. :) ;D

yes sir.. may timeline nga yan.. xempre ung bibili aalamin kung kelan matatapos  or kelan pwd maideliver.. i dont mean na lahat yan maidedeliver sa 2016,, may iba jan makukuha naten sa 2016 :D

Shouldn't we be glad then since the incoming president (whoever they might be or whatever party affiliation they might have) will be able to command an improved armed forces?

i surely pray that the AFP modernization is not "co terminus" with the term of the incumbent president .. it should be multi term to provide enough budget ceiling for high price item
