• 23-24 Oct 2013: ICT review of Bid Docs; detailed discussion was made on all entries stated in the bid docs.
• Chf, DAO informed the TWG that there is available funds fm DOE amounting to PhP1,400,000,000.00 from Malampaya Special Fund. Said fund was intentionally allocated for the acquisition on 2 units of SAR Helicopter.
• 04 Nov 2013: The TWG presented the project to DBD BAC: the Committee made some corrections particularly the Tech specifications.
• 06 Nov 2013: For pre procurement conference.
