The project involves the acquisition of two (2) brand new Light Lift Fixed Wing Aircraft and its Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) package.
1. The Department of National Defense/Armed Forces of the Philippines (DND/AFP), through the General Appropriations Act and the AFP Modernization Act Trust Fund SARO Nr D-12-026209, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fourteen Million Pesos (PHP 814,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Light Lift Fixed Wind Aircraft Acquisition Project including its Integrated Logistics Support. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid opening.
2. The DND/AFP now invites bids for the Light Lift Fixed Wing Aircraft Acquisition Project. Delivery of the GOODS is required within a period of five hundred forty-eight (548) calendar days from the opening of Letter of Credit.
