help battery not detected sonny vaio laptop

mga sir patulong naman po kase yung laptop ko cannot be detected yung battery ayaw dn magcharge pnatingin na po sa shop pero di daw hardware sira nun help naman po pleasee  ??? ??? ???

sir wala po basta kahit nka saksak ung cord nkalagay is battery not detected and not even charging,,patulong naman po please salamat sa inyong lahat,,btw ntry ko n rn po ung mga solution sa google pero wala pa rin po epekto  ???

sang shop mo dinala?

so bale pag on mo sa laptop pag battery lang gamit, ayaw mag on? that would be sure fire way to tell na hindi detected ang battery. pag nag on naman, then meaning may problema lang sa operating system (could be drivers or corrupted system files)
