Uso lang ngayon ang e-cigarette and I really wonder why!?? Pero lalaos narin yan after 1-2 years.

Good luck sayo!  sayasaya::

ballpen
di porke't kumikita ngayon at maraming gumagamit e ito ang gagawin mong business it's big no after ilan months or years lang laos na lugi ka
look what happen to Cross Stitch
look what happen noon sa nagtitinda at nag-stock ng pentium 3 lugi sila

Mini-grocery it is feasible as long walang mini-grocery sa inyo

take note kapatid as a said before sa mga lumang post

First of all. "Know your target market".

Simply because the "market" is large enough to sustain them all.

And as much as possible, wag ka dun sa mga "uso" kasi baka sa isang buwan hindi na uso un. Ok lng nmn pag kakitaan kung ano ang "uso" so long as prepared kang magbago ng negosyo pag dumating ung time pa palipas na yung craze..

"KNOW YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU CAN DO WELL" muna.

Good luck!

that's true if and only if you in a dense populated area statistics says kahit anong benta mo you will always have a market and most problem of the marketing planners thought that their plan will worked in the rural area i'd seen many business went bankrupts and products suddenly vanished and went back to manila there is no contest or opposition if you will start at NCR you don't need a brain in starting a business in manila as long as you have the target markets even a PAGPAG in manila is a best seller (PAGPAG tirang pagkain ng fastfood) they sell it 5 pesos

but if you start in rural areas you are dependent of the needs and number of clients and that's very hard with limited clients and many business already gave the needs

sabi nga sa province walang pera kaya they go to manila

That's exactly the reason why you should know what your target market is like.. Bakit ka mag tatayo ng isang uri ng negosyo sa isang lugar na very limited naman pala ang market for your product/service?

Ang tawag dun "feasibility study".. I you have an idea for a business, first study your market and determine if there's a potential for it. Kung merong availabe market for you and its big enough to sustain your chosen business then go for it. again, it doesnt matter kung may katulad ka sa negosyo, as long as there is a market available for you to tap. Now kung walang favorable market or over-crowded na yung segment na gusto mo pasukin eh why bother? talagang malulugi ka nga.
