DVD-Ram Drive E not working

bakit po ganun? kapag nilalagyan dvd hindi ma play. tapos hindi na magalaw ung window. not responding sasabihin. tapos kapag inalis mo na ung dvd or kahit na ano cd, saka maayos ulet. ano po problema? hindi ko naman mareformat kasi hindi rin gagana kasi cd rin gamit ko mag format at yun lang cd drive ko.

sinubukan ko install ulet ung software pero sobrang bagal. hindi ma-read.

ano po gagawin ko?

is it sata or ide?try mo muna kaya palitan yung mga cables baka yun kang ang problema ;)

i have the same problem with TS,,,, i just fount it out now,,, kasi kanina ask nanay ko na manood daw sya movie,,,then she gave me the DVD,,,, then when i check sa my computer,,,,wala dun ang drive E; ko,,,,
we badly need help po sa mga marunong...i read some na need daw gumawa ng restore point,,,,di naman ako marunong nun..T_T....then abot the regedit  or registry editor,,,,wala yung files na pina pahanap sakin eh.... di ko makita....
maybe may alam nung sinasabi ko po....di ko po talga kasi maintindihan....last week po ngamit ko naman po yung drive E; ko....
pero kanina ko lang nakita na di na nirerecognize ang drive E; ko,,,, im using SATA cable po.....

dun sa original post, matagal na ba hindi nagamit ang drive? baka madumi lang ang lens and hindi nakakabasa ng maayos. that would certainly explain kung bakit pag tinanggal mo ang DVD ok na siya ulit

dun sa pangalawang post with same problem, desktop ba to or laptop? if laptop, its normal na hindi mag appear ang DVD drive since power saving feature ng ibang laptops, its disabled if not in use, lagyan mo ng DVD then pag nag read na yan, lalabas na ulit yung drive. kung desktop, then baka natanggal ang connection kaya hindi madetect. sa BIOS nakikita ba ang drive?

bago pa. may software pa nga ako e. hindi talaga makabasa. nung sinubukan ko sobra tagal mapasok ung files sa cd. kaya nga hindi rin ako makapag reformat e. ang huli ko lang ginawa dito e nagtanggal ng isang fan kasi nag iingay.

nagkaron pa pala isa problema. minsan pag binubuksan kelangan i-reset ng i-reset para mag run.
minsan ginagawa ko open ko dvd drive tapos kapag kusa sumara nag iistart na ung cpu.

ano kaya probelema nito? tinitiis ko na lang e.

may sira ata yung DVD drive. kung bago pa yan, ibalik mo sa binilhan mo

also, ano PSU mo? possible kasing kulang sa power ang system kaya ayaw magrun pero malabo yun kasi dapat kung read lang, hindi naman malaki kain sa power (compared to burning)
