Cebu Pacific services suck

Di ko alam kung right board ko nailagay ito?

Kanina bumiyahe ako from a city in Visayas and arrived at NAIA Terminal 3, but to my dismay pagdating ko, di na naman ginamit ang tube (ano kaya gamit nun kung di gamitin?) at pinadaan na lang mga pasahero sa stairs (thru front & back door) at umaambon na that time. Di man lang nag-provide ground crews nila ng payong at medyo malayo pa lalakarin mo from the plane to the terminal building. Kakabwisit ganun nilang sistema, mabuti pa balik na lang operation nila sa Old Domestic Airport at dun walang mga tube. Ang di pa ayos doon, yong mga matatandang pasahero at yong mga may kasamang mga bata, pabababain mo sa hagdan habang umaambon, bullshit.

Hay kung di lang nagkakaproblema PAL, doon na lang ako, pero this month onwards, anticipated ko na malaki problema ng PAL at employees nila so di muna ako sumasakay sa kanila. Compared sa parehas nilang occupant ng Terminal 3 na AirPhil Express, mas ok naman kahit paano serbisyo ng huli maliban na lang last year sa isang early morning flight ko na instead 6.20 am eh ginawang 10.30 am, katagal mo tumunganga sa airport habang inaantok ka pa, hehe. .

Cebu Pacific nga ang no. 1 local carrier right now pero ang service nila ay walang kwenta pa rin. gun::

Agree ako sau TS, kami nmn ung mga sensitive tools for surveying hindi daw pwede hand carry, inilagyan nlng nila ng "FRAGILE". Pagbaba nmin wala din, basag ung plastic box nmin tsaka ung lock ng box ng tools nmin basag din. Tapos nung nag reklamo kami kung saan saan kami ituturo...

pagtitipid ng cebu pacific yan may babayaran pa kasi cla pag gumamit ng passenger tube,, aba bakit nga wlang payong, usually konting ambon lang sang katerbang payong at usherettes ang nakakalat sa tarmac and all the time my shuttle na sumusundo from plane to terminal.... dun naman sa nabasagan wala tlgang care yang mga yan at kahit anu pang airlines sa boung mundo sa pag naghandle ng gamit. Pag ako my dalang mga babasagin balot sa dyaryo, then bubble wrap tapos enclosed pa sa stayro... always anticipate na ndi check in luggage lang pwde mga important items equipment nyo para walang hussle

Even if you wrote or file a complain how sure we are na magkakaroon ng actions? Kung mismo nga kaharap mo na sila eh wala silang actions yan pa kaya na thru FB or site nila... Yung na experience namin din sa kanila na nagcomplain kami sa T3 office ng Cebu Pacific akalain mo ba naman pagkatapos namin mag usap sigawan ba naman kami ng staff nila na sa call center nila kami magreklamo.... Kung hindi lang kami ma-late sa flight namin kasi boarding nakatikim yung negrang babae na un.... Hindi kami nakapromo nun ha.... Kahit sana may ruling ang sangay ng gobyerno tungkol dyan kasi act of providing service to consumer un same lang nasa ibang establishment.. pero bakit pagdating sa airlines parang walang panuntunan... Katulad ng ung napurchase mo na flight/seat sa kanila hindi mo nagamit kasi na-late ka lng pagbaabayrain ka na agad ng rebooking fee na kapresyo halos ng tiket mo minsan mas mataas pa sa actual na babayaran mo... eh service un na hindi mo na kuha tapos magbabayad ka pa din para lang ilipat ng flight... Hindi katulad sa PAL kung wala gaanong passengers sa naunang flight pede ka sumakay ng walang fee....

Only good with Cebu Pacific are their PROMOS wala ng iba...

i think number one is sales dahil mura pero sa services, ciempre pal pa din. mahal nga lang. malaki difference ng dalawa.

Pareho tayo ng naging case sir. Papunta ako ng Cebu nun. Sumakay muna ng bus papunta dun sa eroplano, tapos pagdating sa Mactan Airport, bumaba sa stairs then naglakad papunta ng terminal, umaambon din nun.
Ganun din nung pabalik ako ng Manila from Cebu, lakad nalang lahat, wala ng bus. Eh first time ko nun, kya naisip ko ganun ang sistema ng Cebu Pacific.
Pero ng bumalik ako Cebu after a year, PAL ang sinakyan ko, yun merong tube na ginamit. Pero hindi ako naging aware kung hindi ko lang nabasa post mo ngayon.

Same here. Last 2 flights ko with Cebu Pacific hindi ginamit ang tube. Yung may mga dalang baggage, bitbit thru stairs kahit mabigat. smoking::

Totoo to mga sir. If you want to change something. Dapat gawan nyo ng paraan for example mag complain at mag file ng law suit kung kailangan para mabago yan.

why not mag gawa ng videos of those situations mga ka-espiya?? like nung unfriendly staff nila .... video noh then post nyo sa facebook nila... and yung ipa pang pangit nila na service .. para mahiya naman sila .......

Bumili ako ng GIVI box pasalubong ko sa bigbike ko. Pinilit ako sa Cebu Pacific na huwag i  hand carry pina check-in nila sa baggage counter. pagdating namin sa Tacloban  meron na siyang gasgas maski naka balut ito ng plastic yung plastic napunit.
Kita ko ang mga baggage handlers nila  nagtrabaho, bagay tawag sa kanila basura handler walang paki alam sa bagahe sa mga pasahero parang nagtatapon lang ng basura. Mas maganda pa rin ang mga stewardess ng PAL. Hehe...

dapat dyan boycott lang naman kapag kase walang sumakay sa mga planes nila within a month e tyak malulugi yan sa mga operating expenses nila

kaysa file ka ng complaint wala naman kasigaraduhan magkakaroon ng remedyo

While changing my PAL ticket to a MAS ticket at the Ho Chi Minh Airport last Thursday, I saw this wrapping service where two Pinoys were having their luggage wrapped.  I was surprised why they need to have the baggage wrapped so I ask the two guys about it.  They explained that wrapping will prevent breakage coz airline personnel would just throw the baggage during handling.  I saw the wrapping machine in operation - it covers your luggage with plastic like it is air sealed and wrapped tightly. I hope local airports would install the same machines here.

Anyone who may have landed at the Budget Terminal at Kuala Lumpur would know that there is a price for a cheap air ticket.  You need to walk from the plane to the airport terminal. Sorry ka na lang if mabigat luggage mo coz you have to bear with the load.  You want a cheap ticket, you have to pay the price.  That's the trade off.  So for those wimps, please stop crying. You want first class service, buy a first class ticket.  First class infrastructure in an airport can be erected from terminal fees. But Terminal 3 is just not finished yet and still the subject of a suit. It is impossible for them to complete those facilities yet at this point.

I flew in to Manila the other day and I came out of NAIA.  I was so embarassed with the sight coming out of the Arrival Area.  May mga sari sari store na sa tapat mismo.  I haven't used NAIA for several years coz I have been using PAL which uses Terminal 2. Just because of flight cancellations due to that strike, I have to switch to another airline.  What a sorry mess yun airport, nakakahiya sa mga tourist or foreign investors that Mr. Benigno wants to come in.  Makikita pa lang nila ang labas ng NAIA ay makikita na nila how disorganized our government is.  They can not even fix our international airport which should be a showcase.  I wonder what the Airport GM is doing.

We're not wimps, and were not crying, and I can afford PAL domestic tickets but at this time, (my intel told me about the PALEA strike at end of Sept.), I'd rather fly with other local carriers para di ka maabala at madamay sa away ng PAL management at mga ground employees nila. At mas mahirap kung yong mga pilots at flight attendants nila ang magwalk-out at the middle of a flight, hehehe. . . buti kung may kasamang parachute yong life vest. laffman::

It is true that the use of aerobridge will add expense to the airlines.. but what if the facility itself is the one to blame..?

From an airport bug:

T3 Facts:

There are only 11 operational gates with aerobridge used in T3..

Currently, 4 out of 11 aerobridge are unserviceable..

6 Gates for domestic flight ops (120-115) and 6 gates for international ops.. (115-109, except 114 w/c is unserviceable)

Aside from Cebu Pacific, T3 is being shared by Air Phil Express and All Nippon Airways..

Gate 113 is exclusive to All Nippon Airways (ANA) daily for 12 hours..

And now PAL uses T3 for some of thier domestic flights, ground hadling being provided by Air Phil staff..

mas malala service ng PAL. hindi niyo ba nabasa yung nangyari sa PAL last week? even before that, because of internal problems,nag dip na service ng PAL. overstretched din siya. pag nagkaron ng problema ang isang plane, lahat ng schedule affected na, hindi na tuald dati na may standby aircraft sila na in case may problems ang isa, they call in the standby aircraft para hindi madelay ang lahat ng schedule for that plane ng masyadogn matagal

2 weeks ago, nag PAL ako. nadelay ang 9AM flight ko, 12noon na nakaalis sa manila. the other flights of that plane was also delayed much longer, sakin 3 hours lang delay, yung mga sumunod na flights mas matagal ang delay

ang problema kasi ng PAL is malaki ang gastos and because of competition, hindi na niya mahabol sa profit. mas mahal pa rin kasi ang presyo nila

ang style kasi ng cebu pacific kung saan pwede makatipid dun sila. kaya yun, no use of the tubes, no meals, pati yung ticket nila resibo nalang now unlike before na parang cardboard ang gamit
