I haven't seen a PBA game in years. But this comment from a proven coach is just plain disgusting and very unprofessional. I mean, you can diss the refs and call them out as it is part of the game. But to say something like this to any team is just wrong. And he shouldn't have said that he is not trying to take anything away from Ginebra when he already did by saying that this always happens. He pointed the whole team out. This guy should learn how to look back at where he came from. This is almost same squad, at least the core players, of Kings that gave him his first championship if I recall it correctly. I bet he will denounce such accusations of this kind if he was still coaching for the Gins... Regardless of the truth of his accusations, one should never comment as direct as this. Too much sour-graping is showing....>:(

tama sir kal-el si siot tanquingcen nga yung dati coach ng ginebra when they grab the championship with the mark caguioa-jayjay helterbrand era. bale nagswap lang po ng mga tao ang kings and beermen.

ginebra staff:

1. jong uichico (former head coach of smb, preceded by ron jacobs.)
2. samboy lim (former smb star)
3. allan caidic (also a former smb star and a former head coach of the gin kings)
4. art dela cruz (former smb player, kasabayan niya po sina nelson asaytono, yves dignadice, etc..)


san miguel staff:

1. siot tanquingcen (an original smb player, then became assitant coach of caidic before he became the head coach of gin kings.)
2. pido jarencio (original ginebra player, known for his clutch in 3pt shooting, they call them as "the fireman")
3. freddie abuda (an original smb player, known for his good defensive skills and perimeter shooting.)

kaya nila kinuha si pido dahil sa championship na nagawa niya sa ust back in 2007

di yun ang reason nun.. kinuha ng San Miguel Corp. si Chot Reyes dati and they gave him the freedom to choose which team he likes, then yung papalitan nyang coach ang pipili naman ng team nya.. Chot chose SMB, then Jong chose Ginebra.. and during those times, asst. coach ng Ginebra si Siot.. nung umalis na si Chot sa SMB, saka pa lang naging head coach ng SMB si Siot.. toast::
