check mo yung mga post ka dyan.. marami lng talaga PILOSOPO when it comes sa MLM. 11yrs na experience ko sa MLM former Senior Manager ako ng Forever living, then nung maka ipon ako i started a FRANCHISE MLM dito sa Manila but then iniwan ko dahil dito sa DLC... visit ka sa ofc ah....

arabelle, di natin masisi kung ganon ang pananaw ng iba sa  MLM..medyo pangit kasi naging karanasan ng marami
sa MLM dito sa Pilipinas..di pa lang nila cguro naapreciate ang industry...but i believe time will come magbabago din
ang pananaw nila sa MLM...lalo na pagnagboom ito...

@DjDaveTrance : Cool lng po ako, d ko lng ma contain yung excitement ko at pag orient sa MLM. Siguro sa tagal ko na sa Networking gusto ko lng i share experiences ko.


the mission of DLC kasi is ma realize ng ibang networker yung marketing plan na nag bu-buy out ng position or the money game. coz AMWAY, FLP and other COMPLANS of MLM's na design ganun in effect  marami tuloy na-frustrate sa MLM(kasi malaki pera NILALABAS). sa DLC na prevent yun....


coz 85% of income ng DLC naka laan sa Bonus, override incentives, 15% yung pang maintain lng sa ofc overhead and products... Eddy Chai is also doing networking,nag -sponsor din sya. Dun lng naka base yung income nya open book sa lahat yung expenses ng DLC kahit CEO sya. in other words pag sumali tayo DLC profit owner tayo. 1st time sa history ng MLM yan.

He need to break the 80-20 principle of other MLM. Most of the Low earners kasi belongs to 80%. yun bang mga downlines na hirap umangat coz hanggang dun lng talaga mararating nila. only 20% lng mga top earners. in effect dami nag q-quit sa networkig kasi ang hirap.

sa DLC ma prevent yan coz EDDY CHAI as CEO of DLC give up the money pie as owner. Inilagay nya parin sa profit sharing, override , bonuses etc... ng mga networkers(Distributors). kumbaga attainable lahat.

in my 11yrs of doing networking yung sinasabing "walang nahuhuli sa MLM, kahit pa maraming nauna sa yo" totoo yun pero habang tumatagal kasi yung pressure of recruiting ang medyo humihirap coz. some of your friends or kakilala malamang na recruit na ng iba or medyo na inform na or nabentahan na. iba lng kasi tlga pag pioneer dahil maluwag mag sponsor coz d pa nila alam... lalo na pag medyo attainable marketing plan at fair....

again Eddy Chai is a Philanthrophist, a Christian Networker. That's why kaya nyang ibigay ng todo yung marketing plan sa networkers na sasali sa DLC. That will be his last mission. na compute nya na yan COM PLAN ng DLC.

coz again b4 lahat ng design nya marketing PLAN para sa Forverliving, Amway etc.. pro company yun.
