A most interesting "enlightenment" during our interaction with representatives from Navantia (A Spanish ship-building company)... Their latest aircraft carrier (Carlos??) boasts a crew complement of less than 400 personnel compared to its predecessor carrier the "Princepe Asturias" which has more 1,000 crew... This is due to its integrated management system, an automated system that enormously reduced the workloads of the ship's crew,,, - courtesy of Francis Karem Elazegui Neri
