first off, ano ang tracker ng torrent? are you sure the tracker is up and running? it could be that the tracker is offline (hence the red icon). good news though is that utorrent supports DHT which means you can download even if the tracker is down so long as there is another utorrent (or supported clients) user which has the file you need. just make sure you configure your utorrent to accept DHT connections.
also, some trackers are private so you cannot download/upload if you are not registered. although sites like demonoid may have a members only site but their tracker is open to the public, some sites are completely private and do not allow others to use their tracker without certain conditions (i.e. membership).
secondly, what is your ISP? maybe your ISP is setting limits or maybe it is blocking your ports (i.e. smart bro which does not allow port forwarding). if your ISP is blocking connections then yes it would explain the red icon.
lastly, do you experience this with all your torrents? or just this particular one?
