help:hd problem

ask ko lang po kung ano gagawin sa pra ayusin ung hard disk, kasi po, di ko na po maopen ung isang partition ng hardidsk through my computer at when i tried to access it using cmd, ang lumalabas"data error(cyclic redudancgy check). when i tried to format it in cmd, ayaw din nya maformat ang lumalabas"inavlid media or track 0 bad -disk unusable".

i dont know kung di na ba talaga pde ung hd pero ung isang partition naman ay gumagana at naaccess ko pa... di ko nga alam kung bakit di ko na maacess ung isang partition coinsidering the fact na ala naman me gingawa...

salamat po sa mga makakabasa at makakatulong sa problema ko...

sira na nga yan, esp kapag CRC (cyclic redundancy check) na yung error mo.

Under warranty pa ba yan. Anong brand. Kung seagate yan, natry mo na ba ung SEATools para mafixed yan. 

Wag ka muna bumili ng bago. Check mo muna kung under warranty yan.

sira na yang hd mo.  hindi kaya irepair ng software ang physical damage. PHP1900 lang bago ng hd 80gb 7200rpm

bro backup mo muna kung may babackup ka pa dyan sa working partition mo... then try formatting the whole disk... pag ayaw pa rin try mo gamitan ng seagate dm tapos zero fill mo cya...

kong ala ka pa budget pwede pa yan pg tyagaan,hanap ka ng ontrack disk manager kaya nya pa ayusin yan...............

try to repartition the disk using disk management software. kung isang partition lang ang sira then it means the disk is still usable since you are still able to access the other partition

CRC errors means meron na mga bad sectors ang disk mo. its a sign that the disk may need to be replaced already but it doesn't mean you cannot use it anymore. i suggest get a new primary hard drive and then use your current one as backup drive

thanks po.. ayos na po ung isang partition and naformat ko na rin po, is there any possibility na masira po ulit ung partition?
 kasi po gagamitin ko po yun as my back up...
