with regards bayantel, ok naman yung speed
if you ask me, I will always say static IP is the better choice. but it does come with disadvantages. example, since static yung IP mo, it never changes so if you have say download limits on a site, hindi ka makakalusot dun unless gumamit ka pa proxy. also, since static IP yan, you can be traced a lot easier at pag naban ang IP mo, you can no longer access the site unless you use proxy. whereas kung dynamic you wont experiece those problems
mas stable talaga static compared to dynamic. siguro sa internet cafe you wont notice it much since hindi naman stability habol ng mga users kundi burst speed at a certain time only. yung ibang nagsasabi na nagkaron sila ng intermittent connection on static, thats usually a hardware problem on the server side and one of the reasons they dont notice it on dynamic is that when such problems occur since dynamic and usually ang option is auto-negotiate, it will simply drop for about a few seconds then ok na ulit, whereas kung static since you keep on connecting to the same problematic hardware, paulit ulit yung problema mo
nangyari na yan dati sa akin, nagkaproblema yung ISP sa stability ng static IP nila, syempre hindi aamin yan na may problema. long story short, since they couldn't fix it, I switched. I then asked yung pinsan ko na nagtrabaho dun kung may problema ba talaga sa hardware and sabi niya meron daw talaga, hindi raw makita kung ano ang problema and eventually after several months nasolve when they replaced the hardware (or more like added hardware and redid the dp points, wirings, etc)
