Llanao = 1st Gen AMD APU with 3XXX model numbers
Trinity = 2nd Gen AMD APU with 4XXX model numbers
APU = Advanced Processing Unit = Processor = 1 CPU DIE + 1 GPU DIE

meaning sa isang Physical Processor na isasalpak mo sa Socket FM2 slot meron ka nang CPU at GPU that can play most games Medium to High settings(depending on the game requirements) without needing a video card meaning it will perform better on its own on games with lower power consumption since there is o video card

heres a Sample comparison of 2 systems WITHOUT VIDEO CARDS(running solely on built in GPUs)  an i5 with Intel HD4000
vs an A10 5800k with ATI Radeon HD7660D

bahala na si masterchief sa AMD processor yun kalaban ng Intel iba suggest sayo intel sa laki ng budget mo i5 or i7 sa intel

pero mas mura ang AMD kung pang games

Intel processor is used for office and movie editing or movie processing

dalawang ATI video cards pwede kang mag-crossfire set-up

kung mabilis naman SATA nito hindi naman magiging chokepoint problema kase sa SSD e maliit lang ang space
sa budget nya baka 1-2TB HDD ang mabibili nya

mah bad the latest APUs pala use the 5XXX model numbers

A4 and A6 are Dual Cores while A8 and A10 are Quad Cores

the 3rd Gen APUs will be codenamed Richmond(by Q2 2013) and then the 4th Gen will be Kevari(end of 2013)

dalawang ATI video cards pwede kang mag-crossfire set-up

let me explain this further, much like Nvidia VidCards SLI, ATI VidCards can also be combined called Crossfire up to a 3way Crossfire can be done

the difference:

1 Nvidia Vidcard = up to 2 Displays
2 Nvidia Vidcards on SLI = up to 3 Displays called Surround

1 ATI 5000 series and up = up to 3 Display = 3 Way Eyefinity
2 ATI 5000 series and up on Crossfire = up to 6 Displays = 6 Way Eyefinity

and heres a fun feature

A10 and A8 Trinitys with HD76XXD APUs can Crossfire(for extra Juice) with ATI HD6670 VidCards meaning your 1 system can have 2 GPUs having only 1 Physical Vidcard, NO NVIDIA onboard GPU can SLI with a Physical video card

6 cores na kaya to Chief?? will they pair it for a 7XXX series GPU?

from what i read back in CES 2013 last month APUs will remain the Dual and Quad Core gaming capable budget CPUs that will concentrate in cheaper and smaller manufacturing methods that will have more Graphical performance for games rather than multitasking

the 6 to 8 core CPUs area will be left to the FX series with the new Vishera/Piledriver cpus

ang target ng AMD in 2013 is Mobile, lower power consumption with more performance on Laptops and Tablets, AMD wants to bring Cheaper Touchscreen Windows 8 laptops and PC gaming capable tablets

heres a Sample of Windows 8 tablets running AMDs 2013 APUs

another thing ATI vidcards can do that Nvidia cant do watch the end part of the video of the MSI GX60 laptop... it has the ability to output to 3 Monitors for an Eyefinity setup

Hello Computer Wizards,

This is my first post here in Espiya but I have been lurking around for more than a year now.

How about if we up the budget to say, 30k (without the monitor since mine is still serviceable) preferably using an AMD cpu/Radeon gpu Combo... Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
