Ivler cleared in 2004 death of Palace executive

MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court has cleared road rage suspect Jason Ivler of a criminal charge in connection with a car accident that killed former Palace executive Nestor Ponce in C-5 flyover in Ortigas in 2004.

In a 28-page decision released yesterday, the High Court ordered the dismissal of the case for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property filed against Ivler.

the "system" is not perfect and it has its flaws, meron talaga mga loopholes, pero makukulong pa rin yan for the other case and him having a firefight when he was being arrested, those should be enough to put him behind bars for a long time

Yan yung unang case, yung nabagsakan ata nung kotse nya yung kotse ng taga malacanang nung mahulog yung car nya galing sa flyover sa ortigas.. Ibag kaso yung binaril nya na anak naman ng taga malacanang.. he's still not yet totally off the hook, kasi me testigo na siya talaga yung bumaril dun, add more to that yung kaso nya na nakipagbarilan pa siya sa mga NBI agents.

justice is blind and un emotional..... it is up to the lawyers to prove the case ..... dont blame the system

ah, akala ko nung una yung kaso yan na namaril siya e. mas madali naman ata nga un madismiss as a mere accident. ung mga gun incidents ang malamang na madidiin talaga siya.

ang hindi ko mainitindihan e convicted sya sa reckless imprudence resulting to SLIGHT physical injuries pero dismis sa reckless imprudence resulting to HOMICIDE of the same accident????? hindi ba dapat ung mas mabigat na kaso ang rule over sa magaan na kaso?? i don't see any sense there... minsan talaga ang mga lawyer di mo din dapat pagkatiwalaan...parang calculated move ang nangyari..kakasuhan kita ng magaan at ng mabigat sa parehong insidente pero panigarado e ung mabigat e mawawalang bisa.

hindi ba dapat e magkaibang identity ang mga biktima kahit na mag-asawa sila?

Ano ba yan, the fact na lumaban siya when he was to be arrested proves that he is guilty  >:(

ok lang yan... mas ok kung na dismissed siya sa kasong reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property...

daahil magaan lang ang kasong yan...

mas malaking kaso ang ikakaso  sa kanya nung mapaparil at sa pakikipagpalitan ng putok sa otoridad...

hindi kasi  pwedeng kasuhan ang isang tao ng dalawang kaso...

so inabsuwelto siya sa una... para ipalit yung mabigat...

strategy lang siguro ng gobyerno yan..... sana!
