Back by mostly Europeans universities and companies, and to run for over 10 years, the Human Brain Project or HPB, builds a infrastructure that will house a supercomputer that will be able to simulate human brain functions. This project aims to give scientists and researchers an understanding on the complex structures and functions of the human brain, which will give advances on Neuroscience, Medicine and Computing.
