XBOX 360 modified or orig?

spies, i'm planning to buy xbox 360. i'v been canvassing for xbox 360 prices and ask some questions also. i'v known dat there are xbox 360 that are modified meaning u can feed it with a pirated cd games. And xbox 360 orig or unmodified, will eat only orig cd games.

Wat will i buy? the modified xbox 360 or xbox 360 orig?   ???

if ur in the US or can afford orig games specially if u have DSL (ora ny broadband connection at home) and relatives in the US u can use XBOX LIVE for online multiplayer gaming

if ur in the phillipines with a tight budget, no DSL at home(using dial up) and dnt have relative in the US, ur best option is to buy a modded one

since a modded 360 that cant be used on xbox live service is just like ur old modded ps2 that u can use on ur own or with friends at home and CANNOT play online games

i'm in the philippines and i have broardband connection, will i go for the orig xbox?

if i'l buy the modified 360 and i'l use orig cd games can i still play online?
can i download kiddy games ba with my 360? i mean games for 6 yrs below.

ok xbox live can detect modifications and modchips thus u cannot play pirated games online, also modified units have no warranty, bear in mind that the 360 is a very delicated specially when it comes to heat issues, so if ur unit get the "3 rings of death" the only solution is BUYING a new xbox360 and modded units have no warranty if any 1 month, get orig un modded unit and make sure u have a 1 year warranty whre u buy it, on xbox live u can purchase puzzle and kiddy games and install them to the hardrive(provided u buy the premium unit with the 20gb HD)

i'l go for xbox360 unmodded.... is it ok to buy it now? less bugs nalang ba?
i rili wana but for NBA live 07. hehehehe

the kiddy games, are they free in xbox live when u download?
