I am currently working as a Quality Specialist in DirecTv. Anyone who has a complaint or any suggestion about DirecTv services, comments or suggestion even questions feel free to post it here. Gusto ko lang din makatulong sa mga ka-espiya natin na customer din namin sa DirecTv. I'll make sure din na mapapaalam ko sa upper management namin if you have any greivances. So feel free to say anything regarding sa company. We, as Quality Specialists, are also trying to improve the company using our own small ways. And I'm also willing to help sa mga ka-espiya natin regarding their problem as as much as I can din. Please share your experiences about DTV and hopefully with this we will learn from each other.
