pag gusto mo magpabulk at magpalakas sa gym, pero kung ukit ukit ang gusto mo, wag gumamet nito

mag-ingat sa paggamit ng creatinine nakakasira yan ng kidney i suggest you use soy protein instead of whey kasi mataas ang iron content ng whey at nakakasira din ng liver yan

instead of those supplements, why not focus on eating real healthy food.
start with fruits and vegetables.

pinaka maganda parin eat natural healthy food

yung kailangan ng body mo na nutrients vitamins etc. makukuha mo rin iyan sa natural foods available sa market...

mga ganitong mga supplements may mga side effect  sa katawan mo lalo na kung long term mo ginamit..
