Kung baguhan ka sa pagtakbo, minimum 3 months ang practice. Hindi biro ang 21K. Start practicing for 5k tapos 10k then 15k then 21k. Kung bibiglain mo ng 21k di kakayanin. Pag aralan mo phase of a running.
