help.. my dog has some type of skin disease

guys and gals, i need your help.. my dog (shitzu) has this some type of skin disease for quite a while now. the skin appears flaky, parang dandruff. it is mainly affecting the head, neck and chest of the dog, to a point that the chest part is no longer growing hair.

I already brought the dog to the vet (fil-chinese animal clinic) and they gave me this "Lori" soap and some medicated shampoo but it doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestion for a home remedy or a new vet for a second opinion.

Try mo yung Vanguard herbal soap at wag na yung shampoo

Try to change dog food baka nagkaka allergy sya. .  pag nagsugat sugat pa din. .  pa test mo for demodex mange ( lifetime condition) or sarcoptic mange (curable)

ang vanguard pwede mo mabili yan sa department store like SM, try mo din Petguard. ako petguard ang gamit ko.. try mo magpalit ng food nila baka allergy yan..

normal yan sa shi tzu, because its summer mainit, they will get irritated coz of their hair. kakamutin nila until mag sugat. kakamutin ng kakamutin until lumala ang sugat. have your shitzu checked sa vet. and im pretty sure %100 they will cut its hair and give medication dyan, bbgyan ng antibiotic yan for the sugat, and then topederm lang katapat nyan pahiran mo twice a day. super ok yun... sa vet ka din makakabili nyan. also if its in head. you have to buy Head cone so the dog wont be able to scratch its head.

i have same problem with shih tzu and husky pag summer. normal yan bro.

sarcoptic mange yan tol. prang microscopic na anay sa skin ng dog mo. nakahawa yan sa other dogs kaya be careful. alam mo ba yung madre de cacao? kuha ka ng leaves nun mdami boil it then cool it. at yun gamitin mo pang rinse (huling rinse) sa dog mo before letting him dry. better if ma soak mo dog mo dun or yung tagalang basang basa
