Mechanics:

1. Hindi ikaw ang mag arrest syempre tawag ka ng warrant officer. Basahan ng Miranda rights.
2. Kunan mo ng Picture ang fugitive na katabi ang warrant officer with a recent popular newspaper magazine.
3. Kunan mo sya ng Picture na sya lamang nag iisa. Close up.
3. Kunan mo sya ng fingerprints with the fingerprints cards from me to be sent to you.
4. Release him.

I have his name, DOB, POB,  and possible address in Metro Manila.

Ano kaso nya at naging fugitive cya, bka mamaya sa akala mong pagging csi investigator mo eh murderer o matinding tao pla un pnapahanap at ikaw pa mapalagy sa peligro. Kulang pa ung 30k pra sa sariling mong pang pa hospital or bka d lang hospital abutin mo hehehehe. Sabi nga ni john lloyd " INGATS ! "
