Mga tol gud day po lahat sa inyo... :) :)to all members and admin's hi and hello po.... :)

tol newbie ako...tama ba na dito ako nag start or post ng topic?

....
just wanna ask something about call center agent........

kung sinu man sa inyo mga tol na may alam about call center Agent..what i mean is that..yung

"PREPARATIONS" kung dapat gawin..patulong po kasi may plano akung mag apply dito sa amin..

please po..can u gave me some info kung anu dapat ko ihanda sa sarili ko.. :(

dapat may patience ka(dahil may mga caller jan na ang init ng ulo mumurahin ka pa)...

ahh ok..thnks mga tol sa mga reply's..

soultaker...wow great sa link ka pala nag work nice...anywy kung ok sayo pwede bigyan mo ako ng mga tips or info about sa kanila..kung anung pamamaraan nila kumuha ng mga tao..for agent ..like support representative... yung reciever ng mga inbound calls...

anu ba dapat e prepare sa sarili ko...pag mag apply na me doon.......

tapos ang sweldo daw dito na support is 6,300 lang monthly...pero ok na yun kay sa walang pag kakitaan..

din aside from that binata pa ako..single...hehheehee ok na yung 6k pang syota..........ahehehe

i think 6300's too low....

lam ko, average sa mga alam ko is mga 12+ pataas....

merun ka pa naman ibang options for other call centers....

payo ko lng is try mo muna sa mga pinakamalaki....

kng d ka makapasa, ayus lng un...at least u got to experience ung interviews n stuff...masmadali na para sayomagapply sa iba....and kng makapasa ka, then much better....

and like what sd said, pag nakatrabaho ka na, sana di lng gf mo ang asikasuhin mo, sana maalala mo kami...

;D

YEAH mga tol..di ko kayo makakalimutan....the best talaga ang espiya..di lang ang web bat ang mga tao dito na kagaya ninyo...so far as i encounter!!!! makikita sa mga reply's nyo..ang good personality nyo..so thnks alot mga tol..

dito po ako sa mindanao sa cagayan de oro..sweldo dito is 6300 lang..kasi nag tanungtanung na ako eh..

anu ba mas maganda apply through sa net or sa personal...?

sinu sa inyo mga tol can gave me some info or tips about call center..para naman pumasa me...:(

starting is 9750 per month tapos pag na regular ka after 6 monthn magiging 12k+.
just be your self, speak more knowledgable about what you are saying, if you do not know the answer, do not lie, sa calls well sa impusa nakakakilabot hehehehehe joke lng basta first call nakakatakot pero pag natapos na ung call, sisiw na ung the rest.

nga pala check mo din sa job street about sa net gear i heard na may new account samin eh 18k - 21 k ata ang starting.

ahhh ok..ganun pala yun...sge tol ill try..kinabahan na ako eh...ahehehe

pero as of now im preparing my self na ..bali im studying an IT book para naman meron me backup

para di ako malito..........

and this is my first time to apply or seek for a job....

nakakasawa na mag tambay mga tol..its time to move on na...........:)

read more about networking, pano mag konnect ng mga computer sa isang network ano kelangan (pc, etherent adapter/wired or wireless) hub/switch/router, difference ng switch sa hub at router. hub- equal bandwidth(divides the badwidth for all the ports to have equal speed, switch broadcast speed with the same for all ports, router may dhcp anf firewall wall built-in).

parin me.. maraming salamat talaga...tol... and i think by november ako mag apply para maka

prepare talaga ako sa sarili ko...study muna me...kasi pag ngayun takot pa talaga ako...tol soul

partly i work as a call center agent, (pagka ala gawa sa desk)

kailangan mo lang ng presence of mind, then smile, im sure the caller won't see that physically, but they will feel you're happy to receive their call.

shifting yan, so like hotel jobs, may overnight, yun masarap, may time kayo na massacre naman sa tawag, pero fun pa rin.

prepare mo na sarili mo na lagi naka upo.

dude that's a good question... first, u should know the basics of english language u must watch english movies, talk shows, cartoons either, avoid watching pinoy artists that are mixing tagalog and english language coz they really sound so crap.. Make some research about call center companies down here in the philippines and learn to rate the company by its people, salary, history, and accounts.. Avoid applying to a call center companies that is NOT really recognize by big call centers because when time comes that u want to move to a big call center company, that company that u've been through for how many months will not be considered or recognize by those companies that u r trying to move to.. anyway my name is satanista and im working here at Teletech in Roxas, Pasay..
