mga spies san po ako maka download ng sp4 para sa aking win2000.. naka download na ako pero online setup yun eh.. san ako maka hanap ng OFFLINE?

hanapin mo yung service pack for redistribution

its should be in the microsoft webpage. kaso take note that windows only allows support for a certain OS for 5 years. after 5 years, wala na. hindi mo na makikita yung OS na yun sa microsoft webpage
