ayos ung experience mo renesaure, i think by now ikaw na nagbibigay ng orders hehehehe.

flat organization kami dito, directly reporting kami sa manager...mga specialist tawag sa amin dito, middle management level...hindi na ako nag aspire na tumaas pa...aliping sagigilid (?) pa rin ako, hindi ko pa rin maalis sa akin ang isipang makamanggagawa kaya hindi ako ma-promote, unang dating ko nga dito sa bagong kong department eh encourage kong mag salita sa mga higher-ups yung mga kasamahan kong halos fresh college graduates hehehe, instigator baga...anyway, kontento na ko sa job ko...sa mga applicants dyan, tyaga..."there's something for everyone" ika nga ng Petrified Anthem...Rock ON!!!

eto pala needed ko, buti na lang nabasa ko to, apply kasi ako sa call center, i'm a little bit nervous, first kasi im a graduate of  marine transportaion, seaman, sa interview namin sa pag seseaman di pede tong mga nakasulat dito na executive attire, dun kasi polo and maong pants ok na then di ka pedeng umupo unless you are told to, so wala akong idea kung pano ako aakto sa interview sa call center, buti nabasa ko tong thread na to atleast may idea ako ngayon

was talking to this applicant if she can go to our office for an interview, tanong ba naman sakin kung pwede daw mag jeans since saturday naman... sabi ko kaiht saturday yung interview mo, you should be in a smart-casual attire. for job hunters: what you wear speaks well to your personality.
