HELP: ipadmini malfunctioned!

Mga boss patulong naman sa ipad mini.na restore sya sa factory settings and although the touchscreen is working, parang paulit ulit lang. I tried to reset it by pressing the on/off button and center button but to no avail.patulong naman mga kaespiya.

na try mo na ba irestore ulit? maybe a bad restore kaya may errors

try mo to connect to the PC and use iTunes to restore, kung ayaw hanap ka nf 3rd party iOS repair/recovery apps for windows
