what kind of games are you planning to play? kung hindi naman mabigat (i.e. mga online games like dota, lol, etc) then something like A10 apu will be enough kahit wala na discrete video card

example
A10-7800K
A88 mobo
8GB DDR3 1866 ram
128GB SSD
1TB HDD
80+ rated PSU
casing
cpu cooler

more or less 30K abutin nyan

I will not recommend the AMD build. Iba pa din talaga pag Intel. Wag ka na din mag SSD. Next time nalang yun pag may extra ka na ulet budget. Here's my suggestion.

No Offence but your suggested build made my day

why do you spend a 9K pesos processor to pair with a 2K pesos GPU?

if you can get an i3 processor for a budget Intel build and pair it with a decent GPU lets say an GTX 750Ti

most of the builders do read I get it , If you Over clock your PC or do bench markings then yes I would suggest you to get a i5 series CPU but if you just use it for gaming and your on a budget then NO you dont need an i5

i3 pair it a GTX 750Ti for entry build

pairing an i5 lower than the GTX750Ti is a bottle neck build

Tama. Tapos MB, HD, 8gb RAM, good case, may sobra pang 3-4k. Ending i5 + GTX750ti hehe

the build I suggested is a decent enough build for midrange gaming. thats what the APU is for. no need for discrete video card. also with the build I suggested, you can always add a discrete video card later. yan ang ginawa ko before (although at that time wala pa ang mga 7 series ang APU). the SSD is there for the OS. its better to start with it than without it if you are planning to use SSD since malaki na ang gagawin if you get a SSD later.

I only added the CPU cooler since without it it will only be well short of the 30K budget. but a CPU cooler will be helpful especially if you will be using shared graphics since obviously the processor will be running hotter if its also processing video

Never go AMD

actually AMD is good , if you will pair it with an AMD Card

you can use an A10 APU even if you don't Hybrid crossfire it with a 65XX series card it will perform well alone with higher graphics cards ( Nvida not included )

as long as your build is a pure AMD build , or Intel + AMD GPU is good as well

No, masyado mahal yung board for the build. I'd put the board maybe last sa priority just above the case and keyboard/mouse lol and replace the PSU too may budget ka might as well get the cheapest Seasonic. You can probably go a step up sa graphics card i.e. R9 285 all things considered.

I believe something like that is subjective. I played The Witcher 2 on a 9600GT back when it came out. Lumang midrange(?) CDP and Bioware develop for PCs first so I don't think those games will be a mess like AC: Unity. Kung di naman masyado discerning IMO yung GTX750Ti enough for 1080p at medium to high settings.

Since wala akong magawa kanina:

Galing Dynaquest yung prices, idk how they are as a store, basehan lang.

Z87 and z97 boards are almost useless pag hindi K series/unlocked ang gamit mong proc. I suggested a medium range mobo (h970 kasi:

1. h97 chipset - bago at compatible sa upcoming releases ng Intel so kung magka budget in the future madali mag upgrade
2. good audio chipset
3. gaming series - maraming apps tweak para mapabilis yung overall performance (fast boot, preset overclocking)
4. gigabyte - arguably the most durable brand and best quality control in mobos.

INTEL CORE I5 4460 3.2GHz  8,300  <- cheapest intel based quadcore  4th gen
8 Kingston DDR1333/DR1600 3,500 <- ram speed won't matter that much... better put that money elsewhere
MSI / Asus / Gigabyte H81/H85 boards 3,000-4,000 <- ok na mga cheap boards.. as long as you don't plan to OC or require Crossfire/SLI setup
Western Digital Blue / Seagate 1TB harddrive  2x00 <- don't go for Green series
Seasonic / FSP PSU 500w-600w - 2,700 <-
Geforce GTX 750 Ti 6k-7k - best performance per watt
Casing <-

the maximum speed of the ram na magagamit mo is dependent sa processor mo, dun sa binigay m na sa proc, 1600 lang ang max na ram na kya nya so why go for a Z series mobo
