BC Websight is a computer shop in and around Metro Manila. I haven't had the opportunity to find one outside NCR yet. I first encountered them in Farmers Cubao, where I first played Dawn of War, DLCs for Left for Dead, and Mass Effect 2. They also have branches in Robinson's Novaliches, Starmall EDSA, and the odd standalone shops in Lepanto (University Belt) and Anonas. Price per hour is a manageable 20 pesos. All branches have air-conditioning, and the shops I have seen outside malls have security guards.
