I have worked with SPi Global for more than a year and last January 1, 2013 I have tendered my resignation due to family matters. What the company did was hold my last pay and told me that I should finish my clearance first. I finished my clearance January 8 and they told me that I should wait 3-4months for the processing since they are gonna be computing my prorated 13th month pay, VL and SL reimbursement and other stuff I can't quite remember, but up until now I haven't received it. I try to call them every month to check and they have the same excuse every time, saying that the Manila office is still processing it (by the way I'm from Iloilo).

I'm soliciting some advice about what should I do about this.

Punta ka sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Kapatid. Patulong ka dun. SObrang tagal na yung binigay na panahon ng paghihintay mo. Di na tama yun.

same tayo gn case bro.. me naman na terminate.. cause of downzising yung company.. same as you may babayaran pa sila to me.. last pay, pro rated and seperation pay ng 7 yrs worked with them til now wala pa email or call kailan ibibigay..

sir i have done this already. Ang advice ng DOLE is to send them a demand letter, which I did. Pero ganun pa rin. Ngayon ang sabi ng DOLE is to file a formal complaint, gustuhin ko man mag formal complain, hindi naman akma sa trabaho ko, kasi call center agent pa rin ako, saka sa mga nabasa ko about sa SPi, mostly ng mga kaso e nadidismis na lang kasi hindi sinasapul ng mga complainant.

If meron kang relatives sa Manila makisuyo ka na lang sa kanila to follow-up with Manila Head office. All you need naman is authorization letter at yung copy ng resignation + clearance mo.

Follow Up mo lang ng Follow Up. ganoon lang ginawa dati ni esmi. lahat ng pinatatawagan nilang number tinatawagan namin.

yes sir, dish network ang campaign ko before. every month ko sila kino-contact pero ganun parin. ewan ko lang kung sa processing talaga to o tamad lang talaga ang HR

sinasadya nila yan pre para pag napagod kana at sumuko ka sa kakafollowup sa bulsa na ng accountant mapupunta yan.

Takutan lang yan. Tell them na nag consult ka sa NLRC lawyer - National Labor Relation Commission.
According to labor code illegal na yung ginagawa nila. Tell them they have no right to hold further your last pay, back pay etc. those  stuff can can be done in a matter of weeks.

Kung magmamatigas sila I strongly advice mag file ka ng case against them sa NLRC  sa banawe.

grabe naman yang company na yan.. di man lang natakot sa DOLE.. actually same tayo situation, nagtry ako na takutin sila na magpupunta ako ng DOLE if wala pa rin progress yung papers ko for back pay.. ayun, agad agad pinadala sa head office.. mga 2weeks to 1 month pa hintayin ko..

matindi kasi may-ari niyan mga bossing e.. big boss talaga... well anyway best advice ko mabibigay e kung malapit lang sa inyo ung office mo dati e punta ka dun... try mo kulitin personally... and I'll try to ask one of my uncles kasi dun din siya nagwowork... kaya lang dito sa makati office... if ever I'll be able to get some info I'll just post it here or I'll PM you TS...

if ever di makapunta sa T3 dahil malayo,itawag mo kay raffy tulfo sa wanted sa radyo para on air masulusyunan ang problema mo kaibigan,medyo matagal na nga iyan.try mo po.thank you!
