my goodness.. ang dami pa namang check point sa mga dinadaanan ko dito sa bulacan! :o

parang ang lumalabas e pag may nakaaway kang pulis or afp personnel madali ka lang nila maitutumba.   pagmumukain lang na pumalag ka sa checkpoint.   sasabihin shoot out.   madali nga naman magplant ng baril at iputok to gamit yung kamay mo kapag patay ka na.

tama ang sinabi mo brod.  kaya payo ko lng, huwag masyado maglalalabas ng bahay pag gabi.  piliin ang dadaanan, mas matao mas mainam.  pag naCHECKPOINT, wait until you are the one to be inspected, roll down you windows a little so that they can still peek around, switch on your lights inside and dim, turn off your headlights.  not unless they can already see clearly what you are doing, no BIG movements.  safer if you have both hands on the steering.  dont give them any reason to be agitated at maraming pulis ang mahilig magkape, nerbiyoso!

Atimonan incident a rubout, Palace says

The shooting incident which killed 13 men in Atimonan was a rubout, Malacanang said Tuesday, adding that President Benigno Aquino III wants criminal and administrative cases filed against policemen involved.

The President has accepted the findings of the National Bureau of Investigation "in full" after a thorough review, deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said in a statement.

"He has directed Secretary of Justice Leila de Lima to file the appropriate criminal and administrative charges," Valte added, against Police Superintendent Hansel Marantan, Chief Superintendent James Andres Melad and others.

Marantan manned the police checkpoint where the Jan. 6 bloodbath occured while Melad was chief of police of the Calabarzon region at the time of the incident.

NBI has recommended multiple murder charges, Valte said, as she added that investigations contradicting Marantan's claims that the victims, who are said to be members of a criminal group.

"The probe findings also showed that the victims were summarily executed and all indications point to a rubout," Valte said in a press brieifing citing the NBI report.
