-ang dating salary dun ay manila rate kaso ngayon ginawang provincial rate para sa mga bagong hire
-ung benefits maganda, sabi nila sa benefits pa lang bawi ka na
-anong position ang ni aaplyan mo dun TS?

Duno sa Maxim pero alam ko mababa.10 years na ako sa Analog katabi ng maxim ngayong 2011 pa lg sila ngkashuttle bus and ang shuttle bus fee alam ko binabawas pa sa sweldo ng empleyado.

from gen.tri here, pero job hunter pa lang.
i think minimum, pero i think depende pa din sa posisyon. so 9k+ siguro, siyempre kung mas mataas posisyon mas mataas sahod. hehehe
benefits, dami nagsasabi sa akin maganda benefits ng maxim.
sa emerson saka APC maganda din daw mag-work. hehehe.
pag nakapasok ka na post ka dito hiring sa maxim hehehehe  toast::

emerson chief try mo.
pero maxim and semicons are on a downturn ngayon so dont expect to be hired.
best time to apply is mga bandang Nov to January yan ang upturn ng cycle sa semicon.

I dont know the rates for operators and technicians, but if you enter the company as an engineer, the offer is 13.5 - 16k for fresh graduate and 16.5k - 18k for with experience. If supervisory naman, nasa maximum ang 25k. if manager ka ng production, aba, malaki yun, around 60k.

technician - almost no chance of hiring.
