Thank you bros for the help and info about this guy nahuli na siya, he has charge of breach of contract ang masaklap pala eh nung iniwan niya yung school their where students who gave him partial payment for their thesis also the in charges he must pay the students, the penalty of the contract, the 1 year salary and also the expenses of the school for the seminars and trainings he attended in which it is the expenses of the school amounting in P 120,000.00 and must be payed until June 2010, hindi na siya makukulong bagkos he must pay the charges. Kaya nagsusuffer ang wife niya ngayon na naghuhulog duon sa utang sa school, I do understand that he is looking for better opportunities , dapat tinapos niya muna yung contract

Naalala ko...I was a teaching for an elementary private school many years ago and had to tell the School Directress of my plans to leave the school because of the better opportunity that awaits me.  Instead she asked me if I could still hold on for another months before leaving because she was worried about the children of being left in the air.  I know I have no accountable when it comes up to money and all of my records were all ready  and I have the right to go whenever I want.   Pero pala being a teacher requires more that understanding but a self denial.  You have to give up a thing for your self para sa mga students o sa maga bata.  So I stayed and just finished the school year after 3 years of service with them.

had a similar experience way back college days.  was teaching part-time sa ilang schools that are offering computer subject as sort of elective sa mga may gustong students.  had it for all reasons, money, experience and because may gap sa schedule ko.  eventually, nahihirapan na ako because of conflicting skeds in doing projects, etc.  although i wasn't binded to the school since renewed regularly lng yung contract ko with them, i had to make do up until matapos ko yung school year cause i already established a rapport with the students.  one even joined a regional contest and won. although i wasn't directly creted for the feat being a part-time faculty, it is very fulfilling knowing i made a difference in the perrson's life.  i still have my "students" recognizing me whenever we bump into each others in various ocassions.

in my opinion, person involved in this topic should have been less "selfish" at hirap pag studies ng ibang tao ang nadadamay, especially at marami sila na naapektuhan.  just think of all those parents who tol to send their kids to school tapos maaapektuhan lng ng isang professor na nagmamadali umalis.  pag magtuturo kasi, make it a point na kaya ninyo tapusin yung school year.  hirap kasi mag-adjust lalo na pag malapit na mga exams, etc.
