I suggest you try insanity workout. you can search it in youtube for the preview then you can just simply download torrent for the whole workout video. it is definitely effective

The best advice that I got when I decided to get in shape...
Do
Something...
Anything. be it running, jogging, walking, aerobics, zumba, swimming, weight training.
As long as you are doing something, you will see results. The time you spend trying deciding what kind of work out you need to do is wasted time.
And keep in mind, you should be patient. Results will come but it will take a long time. Don't give yourself a dead line. Being in shape should be a part of your lifestyle. Not just something you do for a few months and then you stop.
Drink lots of water. The body needs water to convert sugar into energy.

Here are some tips you can think of..
1. Eat vegetable to help you feel full.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Get tempting foods out of your home.
4. Stay busy - you don't want to eat just because you're bored
5. Eat only from a small plate while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the fridge.
6. Don't skip meals.
7. Exercise everyday even for a few minutes.
8. Remember "if you want it, you can do it".
9. Learn from others who made it.
10. Change your lifestyle.

Try riding a bike (bicycle)
compare mo sa running less strain sa mga ankles and mga joints mo lalo na kung mabigat ka.
you also need self discipline kahit anung pang weight loss program kung hinde mo susundin it will become useless..
still very important ang proper eating habbits.
yung kaibigan ko dati after hard effort sa exercise eh lintek naman kung kumain two plates palagi, in short wala rin kasi para mo lang tinakaw yung sarili mo sa pag kain.
physical exercise should be done at least 3 times a week yan ang minimum requirement para matawag mo syang exercise.
if you want to engage in physical activities dapat may kasama ka para hinde ka ma bored sa ginagawa mo and para may motivation and reference ka.
otherwise kung mag isa ka lang by the time na nakaramdam ka ng hirap or boredom titigil ka na right away..
remember self discipline plays a big part..
