depende yan bro.. merong ginagawa na .bat na file para yun ang mag-install, meron din unpack lang using winrar, meron mga .iso, meron ding .mds ata un.. depende sa nag-rip nung file.. malas mo naman bro kung walang installation guide yang nadownload mo..

try extacting with winrar. pag may lumabas na Image file, use PowerISO or Daemon tools to mount and install.
